Policies
These policies apply to all clients booking an appointment with
Franciss Molina LMT at Grounded Bodywork.
Clients should arrive 5-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork before their first appointment and go over any health information before the session.
Full payment is due at time of appointment. If the client does not show up the the appointment without notice, they will be charged a 50% of the full rate of service for the missed appointment (exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances, please contact the therapist to discuss).
If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged for the missed session (exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances, please contact the therapist to discuss). No fee will be charged if session cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
Late clients will pay full price and the session will end at the allotted time (exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances). Time may be made up of there are no appointments following the client’s session (at the therapist’s discretion).
If the practitioner is late the client will receive a 25% discount; if more than half the appointment is missed the next session will be free.
Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct (such as lewd or sexual comments or actions) will result in immediate termination of the massage and the client will be charged full price for the session. They will also not be able to schedule any future appointments.
Please arrive in a general state of cleanliness without using strong smelling perfumes, colognes, oils, or deodorants. This is the maintain a neutral odor in the room for scent sensitive clients.
Clients cannot be under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs at the time of the appointment.
Clients are in control of their massage. Please speak up if you are uncomfortable or in pain at any time so we can adjust or end the session.
Any and all personal and health information will be confidential and will only be shared with the consent of a release from the client or what is required by law.
